I just started taking this product, trying to bulk up. On first impression, it mixes well using a milkshake maker. Smooth and creamy, no lumps. I have not tried a spoon, nor will I because of the amount of powder.
The taste, while a bit strong, will grow on you. There is no aftertaste from the aspartame like many of the other supplements out there. The best way I can describe it is like drinking chocolate cake batter- which this basically is anyway.
I am not going to lie and say it is delicious , but if you expect to pay $13 for a delicious supplement. then I think you are setting your sights a bit high. It does down a bit heavy, so definitely wait about an hour after taking this to do any physical activity.

This was my previous protein try out. I didnt like it as it doesnt mix well with a spoon. It definitely needs a blender bottle, preferably with a spring ball. Taste was good, but I didnt like the stats.
It advertises 32g of protein on the outside, but requires 4 scoops to get 32g. If I take a 10-12oz mug and put two scoops I barely have any space left in the mug to mix it. That explains the needs for a blender cup.
Also very high in calorie content . I think it is almost like a weight gainer, though fortunately I was able to maintain my weight by increasing my cardio frequency.
I like to drink my protein 3x a day since I am trying to maintain/build muscle, however I am also trying to get low in bf. This is certainly not the protein if you want to consume 1g per lb of body weight, as it is quite expensive.
