This is my game plan after overeating this Thanksgiving week. Also, who doesnt over eat during the holiday season? Theres just something about the winter. Its really hard for me to focus on eating right and keeping my weight down. So many parties, family gatherings and treats that the neighbors bring over.

Im a busy mom of 5 and I usually dont take very good care of myself. I take good care of my kids. They eat a balanced breakfast, lunch and dinner. Well, OK, most days. But when its my turn, I just eat junk. The easiest thing to grab from the pantry. So that is usually a large handful of Goldfish Crackers. Then I feel horrible about myself and I get hungry 30 minutes later because I didnt eat any protein.
